Discovery, Site Surveys And Security Analysis
You will meet our security team lead to discuss your specific safety requirements, including personnel, equipment and deployment. We will visit your buildings and sites to ensure that we have the complete picture.
Step 2
Plan Presentation And Contract Signing
Our security plan and budget is presented for your approval. When you are satisfied of our proposal, we will present you with a one year contract for our services.
Step 3
Staffing, Training And Implementation
Now it Is time to put your security plan and personnel in place. You will get a final approval on the service and will receive all documented proof of all the training and certifications of our valued security staff.
Step 4
Reporting And Review
First, we have the Encore APP with all our security guards, which we can use to track their locations, clock ins and clock outs. This app allows us to monitor their locations every 5 minutes. In addition to the Encore APP the security guards writes daily and incident reports with pictures attached. Each month we meet with your staff in person or by phone to discuss your evolving needs and make changes to your security plan if needed. You will receive a monthly report of all security incidents, observations and protocols. Incidents and emergency reports are generated as needed in a timely manner.
